Climate Feedback and Hypothesis Town Hall presentation at the AGU Fall Meeting 2015:

Synopsis

Internet contains all kind of information, including the idea that “Global Warming is a hoax”. Some misinformation is more subtle and it’s a challenge for readers to assess the trustworthiness of information in domains beyond their direct expertise.

Web annotation technologies could be a game-changer: it allows scientists to attach comments to web-pages and inform readers about their scientific credibility.

We invite scientists, journalists and communicators to join us and learn about this new way to engage in the online discussion. We’ll demonstrate how this is working for Climate Feedback and get you started with the Hypothes.is web annotation platform.
